A Retail Store Supervisor supervises daily operations at a retail store. Hires and trains retail sales staff and creates staff work schedules. Assists customers and deals with customer complaints. Manages store inventory and supplies. May set store sales goals and strategies and manage store promotions.
As a Team Supervisor (TS) , you are a leader who ensures the shift sta y s on track and helps deliver memorable customer experiences. When you're the senior leader on site and running shift , you'll drive execution and make key decisions to keep everything running seamlessly.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions. Ensure smooth coordination between A ssociates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service. Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to A ssociates, driving productivity and performance. Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols. Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation Flexible availability to work various shifts , including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs Supervisory e xperience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems , and build relationships Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work. The hourly range for this position is $19.25 - $26.00 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
