The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with employee supervision, customer service, cash controls, inventory, merchandising, food-service standards, store cleanliness, and overall store operations. This position also helps ensure company policies and procedures are followed during every shift.

Responsibilities include:

Providing excellent customer service Supervising and supporting store employees Assisting with scheduling and employee training Completing cash, safe, and daily paperwork procedures Receiving merchandise and maintaining inventory Keeping the store clean, stocked, and ready for customers Maintaining food-service, safety, and operational standards Opening or closing the store as assigned Taking responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is unavailable Convenience-store, retail, food-service, or supervisory experience is preferred.
