Debt Settlement Closer — MCA or Debt Space Experience Required | Base + Commission | $1,000-$2,500/Week to Start We're a growing MCA debt settlement firm in Deerfield beach hiring closers who already know this world. If you haven't worked in merchant cash advance, debt settlement, or debt relief, do not apply. Our floor talks to business owners drowning in daily and weekly MCA payments. They need help, and they need someone on the phone who understands positions, stacking, defaults, and what these merchants are actually going through. If you've sold MCA deals or settled debt, you already know how to have this conversation — now get paid to be on the side the merchant actually thanks. What you'll do: Take warm, qualified leads — business owners with active MCA positions looking for relief Run the full sales cycle: pitch, overcome objections, collect docs, close enrollments Review merchant situations (positions, balances, payment schedules) and present the program Manage your pipeline in our CRM with daily follow-up discipline Hit weekly enrollment targets — closers who produce here get paid like it Requirements — non-negotiable: Proven closing experience in MCA sales, debt settlement, or debt relief You can close on the phone — full cycle, not just setting appointments Comfortable talking money, hardship, and urgency with business owners CRM discipline: notes, follow-ups, pipeline hygiene Local to South Florida — full-time, in-office in Boynton Beach, no remote

Compensation:

Base salary + commission — $1,000-$2,500/week starting range Uncapped commission — top closers out-earn this range fast Warm leads provided daily — no cold door-knocking, no buying your own data Direct access to ownership, fast decisions, no corporate red tape How to apply: Tell us where you've worked in the MCA or debt space and your best month (enrollments or funded volume — whatever you closed).
