Lab Vacation/Shift Relief Operator, Dairy - Deerfield

performing the functions of each position throughout the department whenever an associate is on vacation, holiday exchange, sick, etc as requested by manager performing the functions of any position during unplanned absences and helping relieve associates for breaks and lunches performing preventative maintenance on equipment keeping updated on any changes to procedures and practices related to all department positions in the plant performing the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the Department Manager and/or Utility Trainer during vacations and other absences serving as a positive role model for all associates, developing in depth knowledge of entire plant operations other duties as assigned.
