Role Summary:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control. Performance Measures / Success criteria 1. Partner with Store Manager for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention. 2. Become the sales leader within the store environment emphasizing store and individual goals in order to elevate the customer service experience. 3. Ensure sales team has the knowledge and the tools to perform their job in order to achieve/exceed personal sales goals. 5. Assure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company's standard. 6. Coordinate with the Store Manager the stock needs in order ensure that necessary merchandise is available and meets the client requirements. _

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Retail management experience
• Sales negotiation skills, Selling Techniques
• Microsoft Office
• Speaks well and uses effective verbal skills.
