As Store Manager, you'll lead an established retail business with an experienced team and the opportunity to build a high-performance culture while growing sales and profitability. Drive sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction through coaching, accountability, and daily execution. Be a top sales producer while developing your team to achieve their full potential. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Manage payroll and store expenses while achieving financial goals. Develop People & Build Culture Conduct regular one-on-one coaching conversations and team meetings. Foster a culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Recognize strong performance while addressing performance concerns promptly and professionally. Create an environment where teammates are engaged, challenged, and continually growing. Deliver Operational Excellence Oversee all daily store operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer experience. Ensure inventory is received, processed, and merchandised accurately and efficiently. Maintain high standards for store presentation, organization, and cleanliness. Ensure cycle counts, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and operational processes are completed consistently. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and execution. Lead the Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives an exceptional retail experience. Build lasting customer relationships through trust, expertise, and outstanding service. Lead by example in resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally. Inspire your team to consistently exceed customer expectations. What We're Looking For Previous retail management experience leading a team and delivering measurable business results. Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop people. Strong sales leadership experience with a track record of achieving performance goals. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze business performance and make sound decisions. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail seasons. A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and leadership development. An interest in fitness, cycling, or an active lifestyle, along with a desire to learn about the customers we serve. Preferred Qualifications Bicycle industry experience. Experience with Ascend POS or similar retail systems. Inventory management and merchandising experience. Sales coaching and leadership development experience. Experience building high-performing retail teams. Compensation & Benefits $50,000 annual base salary. Performance-based incentive plan with strong earning potential. Paid Time Off. Health insurance. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move bicycles, boxes, and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
