Job Summary This position requires a leader to manage a Woerner Landscape Source, Inc. store in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Woerner Landscape Source is a one-stop supply center for everything from premium turfgrass, decorative stones, and pavers to retaining walls, bagged and bulk mulch, boulders, and soils. The outlet manager will perform a variety of management tasks to coach, mentor and develop a team that continuously improves to meet goals and expectations. In addition, the manager will create an environment that provides the best possible customer service experience. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Provide superior customer service Oversee scheduling and ordering sod for customer deliveries Manage accurate inventory levels and manage the replenishment and display of products Suggest and source new product ideas based on consumer demand Work with Human Resources to recruit and retain an appropriate number of team-oriented employees Provide oversight and direction to employees Maintain employee work schedules and review time entries for payroll processing Keep store on track for sales and budget targets Have open and effective communication between corporate entities Create a safe workplace environment Requirements/Qualifications Five years knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management Working knowledge of landscape and horticultural service industry and products Excellent organizational management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Woerner Landscape Source offers a competitive compensation and generous benefits package, which includes Health Insurance/PTO/Paid Holidays/Dental/Vision/401K.
