Store Manager At Precision Tune Auto Care we have been locally owned and operated since 1979, we are committed to providing reliable services with a focus on exceptional customer care. Position Overview:
We are seeking a Store Manager with strong hospitality and customer service skills to lead our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on creating a positive customer experience both in person and over the phone, while also managing the daily operations of the store. This role requires balancing operational excellence with hands-on leadership and customer engagement.What We Offer:

Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service. Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring clear communication about services. Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset. Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team of employees. Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance goals and promoting services. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment. Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to build loyalty and trust. Uphold Precision Tune Auto Care's standards of honesty, quality, and reliability.Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred. Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems. Valid driver's license required.
