Job Description Job Description About the role Chatime Delray Beach is now open on Atlantic Ave — one of South Florida's most vibrant downtown strips — and we're looking for someone who can shake, blend, and lead. Our Lead Cha-Rista / Key Holder is the heartbeat of the shop when the manager is off the clock. You'll spend most of your shift crafting our signature bubble teas and delivering an exceptional guest experience, but you'll also be the person the team looks to when the doors open or close and decisions need to get made. This role is perfect for someone who loves the energy of a café environment, takes pride in their work, and naturally steps up without needing to be asked. What you'll do Prepare and serve Chatime drinks to brand standards — consistency and quality every single cup Open and close the store, including cash handling, security procedures, and end-of-day reporting Supervise team members on shift — delegate tasks, resolve issues, and keep things running smoothly in the manager's absence Model excellent customer service and hold team members to the same standard Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance at all times Serve as the point of contact for team questions and customer escalations during your shift What we're looking for 1+ year of experience in food & beverage, café, or quick-service environment Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred — you've been trusted with keys before, literally or figuratively Reliable, punctual, and accountable — people count on you and you don't let them down Strong communicator — clear, calm, and professional with both teammates and guests Comfortable with opening and closing procedures including cash management Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
