This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven manager with a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales performance, leading large teams, and creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. What You'll Be Doing Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-turnover retail store. Leading, coaching and developing a large, diverse team to achieve outstanding results. Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence. Managing stock, merchandising and inventory to maximise availability and minimise loss. Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance. Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety and security procedures. Creating a positive, engaging and high-performing culture.
