Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Pro Shop Manager and Golf Professional, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing daily operations at our golf facility. This energetic position combines leadership, customer service excellence, and operational management to ensure the smooth running of the pro shop and surrounding amenities. You will support the head manager in supervising staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. Duties Assist in managing daily pro shop operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and sales transactions using technical proficiency with point-of-sale systems Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent guest services and team cohesion Coordinate and oversee golf events, tournaments, and special functions, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion Lead shift management by organizing staffing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency during peak hours Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Maintain accurate reports on sales, event outcomes, and operational activities; utilize report writing skills to inform management decisions Qualifications Proven experience in assistant management roles within hospitality or event venues; golf industry experience is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively and making sound managerial decisions Excellent communication skills for team management, guest interactions, and report writing Join us to be part of a vibrant environment where your leadership fuels memorable experiences for guests while advancing your career in hospitality management!
