Job Description

Job Overview Pay:
$55,000.00
  • $60,000.
00 per year + Tip % + Bonuses We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing a team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the shop. Oversee and help with production of either Gelato or Pastries by following company guidelines.
Duties:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support
  • Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive sales
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing
  • Hire and Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in daily cash reconciliation
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall appearance of the shop
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail management or assistant manager role is required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
  • Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred but not required
