This role is available for bothCENTRAL & NORTH
region employees The role involves managing various aspects of branch operations, including account information accuracy, safe deposit boxes, reporting, SDB quality assurance testing for Symitar and department administrative tasks. This position must also provide support to branch staff and support departments. Overall, the position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while adhering to regulatory standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify and update addresses for accounts with incorrect or outdated information. Manage safe deposit boxes, including access, maintenance, and customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with escheatment laws and regulations for unclaimed safe deposit box contents. Review and process requests for early release of check holds in accordance with policy. Monitor and manage accounts with negative shares, including collections activities if necessary. Investigate and address accounts with missing share IDs or charge-offs as needed. Conduct testing and quality assurance checks for safe deposit box functionalities in Symitar system. Coordinate and perform routine mail runs for the department, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of correspondence. Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures for safe deposit box management and operations. And other department projects and tasks assigned by the department or credit union leadership. This position has the following schedule:Monday-Wednesday, Friday:
9:30am-6:30PM. This is with an exception of Thursday.REQUIRED
to work Saturday rotationREQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience:
Previous experience in financial services, particularly with Safe Deposit Boxes, reporting and SDB Testing / Procedures is highly desirable.OTHER CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION
Physical Demands:
- Sitting for long periods at a time.
- Regularly required to talk or listen.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs.
- Vision abilities including close vision and ability to adjust focus.

- Must understand and follow a set of clear oral and/or written procedures without deviation.
- Performs repetitive routine tasks.
- Withstand moderate amounts of stress.
- Must adhere to a provided work schedule to meet a set of qualitative production standards.

- Must relay information orally.
