Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Repairs Coordinator plays a critical role in the maintenance and repair operations of our aviation services. This position involves coordinating repair activities, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee repair activities for components with outside vendors, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards. Manage repair schedules, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and resource availability. Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow. Maintain accurate records of all repair activities, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for all repair-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor inventory levels of repair parts and materials, coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure adequate supplies are available. Conduct regular audits of repair processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance repair efficiency and quality. Support Materials Department with purchasing of consumables
