Veterans Preference Job Description As a Store Manager, you'll lead daily operations, coach and develop your team, and drive retail sales. This role is hands-on, blending leadership, customer service, and light technical work to ensure the store runs smoothly, customers leave satisfied, and associates are set up for success. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet company goals. Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory management. Track and support performance against key metrics (KPIs) to ensure business success. Deliver customer service and support technical offerings such as battery testing, installations, and device repair. Maintain store appearance, safety compliance, and operational standards. Grow business by driving retail sales and expanding commercial accounts. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred. Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience. Experience in commercial sales is desirable. Leadership, communication, and customer service abilities. Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve. Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
