On the Job Training for 30 days or less: $18.50 during training. This is a salaried plus position with 6 days a week and Monday off. Trinity & Odessa Bark Suds is looking to train a new store manager. SPANISH preferred. I am looking for a hands on positive customer and employee facing person. Must like dogs, lots of dogs. This is a active position and helps oversee and low of dogs and customers. We are looking for energetic and caring person. Most have owner mentality. Check in dogs, Book Appointments. Helping in the back with the flow of the store. Also 2 new stores in Odessa late 2026 and 3 in South Florida in 2027.

Position is a multi store unit position and floats between these two locations. Work schedule to be assigned. Forecasted Operating hours of both stores: All Bark Suds stores operating hours is 9am to 6pm 6 days a week and Mondays closed. Be cheerful, motivated, and lead not follow. Hands on. Must be willing to help dry and lite groom dogs, Spanish speaking is positive for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Leader Manager from other jobs or team leader to oversee the daily operations of our dog grooming stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on sales, inventory management, and team leadership and managing employees. As the up coming Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, obtaining more members, processing credit cards and ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations while fostering a positive work environment for your team. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service. Employee training and payroll management. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets. Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals. Great if you have grooming experience and you will have to bath dogs of various sizes when over booked or busy. Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management on promotional activities and merchandising strategies. Skills Proven experience in retail management with a strong focus on sales performance. Proficient in inventory management techniques and best practices. Knowledge of dog grooming and grooming salon practices. We use DaySmart.com software. Strong training development skills to enhance team capabilities. Excellent team management abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration. Experience in grocery store operations is beneficial but not required. Solid understanding of payroll processes and shift management.
