An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 40 to 45 hours per week Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Successful completion of background checkCapabilities Requirement:
Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.Inventory management:
the management of food costs. Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly. Hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense. Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards are balanced.
