The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead staff to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a superior shopping experience in a retail food business. Proficiency in Store Management processes to supervise operations, oversee staff, and meet sales targets. Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect assets and minimize profit loss Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders. Leadership experience in a retail or related environment. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with inventory management and merchandising strategies is a plus Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, related fields, or equivalent experience. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 4 years of progressive experience in a supermarket environment. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual (English Spanish) is a must. Bachelor's degree in business administration, related field or equivalent experience.
