(STEP 0-5) Seeking an experienced Site Manager from within Flagler County Schools for our extended day elementary child care program. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working directly with elementary-aged students, current CPR certification, and successful completion of the DCF 45-hour training required coursework including but not limited to (approximately 30 hours) covering Child Growth & Development, Health, Nutrition, Child Care Rules (10 hours) in Understanding Developmentally Appropriate Practices (UDAP) or a focus on Infant/Toddler, Pre-K, or School-Age Practices; Early Literacy training (5 hours); and Safe instruction. The Site Manager will ensure program compliance, lead staff development, maintain student safety and well-being, and foster a high-quality, developmentally appropriate environment for students. All district trainings must be current and up to date.
