We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on leader who can help run strong shifts, support team members, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain Marco's Pizza standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant or leadership experience who wants to grow into a General Manager role. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, team-oriented, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment. Duties Assist the General Manager with daily store operations, including food preparation, guest service, cleanliness, and shift execution. Lead team members during shifts and help maintain a productive, positive, and organized work environment. Coach, train, and support team members to ensure strong performance and consistent execution. Ensure every order is prepared accurately, quickly, and according to Marco's Pizza quality standards. Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times. Assist with inventory control, product rotation, ordering, and waste reduction. Help manage labor efficiency by supporting proper shift organization and team productivity. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Assist with cash handling, POS operations, and store closing/opening procedures. Help protect company assets, including cash, equipment, inventory, and store property. Support Local Store Marketing efforts to help increase sales and build community awareness. Set the example for urgency, teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and guest service. Requirements Previous restaurant, quick-service, fast food, retail, or leadership experience preferred. Previous Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy shifts. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to coach team members and help build a positive team culture. Comfortable using POS systems, restaurant equipment, and basic store technology. Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant operations preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation required. English required. Spanish is a plus. Benefits Advancement opportunities.
