Preferred:

Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and point-of-sale systems preferred Basic understanding of irrigation systems, soil types, fertilizers, and pest control is a plus

Skills:

Knowledge of indoor and outdoor plant care, landscape design principles, and retail operations Ability to assist customers with plant selection, maintenance guidance, and design recommendations Communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and support team operations Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of following instructions and safety procedures Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading plants, arranging displays, and maintaining showroom cleanliness

Job Description:

Supervise and lead a landscaping crew in daily operations including lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and irrigation work Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards Perform hands-on work alongside crew including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, sod installation, mulching, and irrigation installation/repair Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and water efficiency Load and unload equipment and materials, ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, and keep job sites clean and organized Transport crew and equipment to and from job sites as needed Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials needed, and any issues on-site Ensure all safety procedures are followed and maintain a productive, professional work environment Provide training and guidance to crew members, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines

Days & Hours:

Full Time position; Monday through Saturday; 1st shift (7:00am to 4:00pm); 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
