The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is passionate about leadership, and is committed to achieving sales goals while maintaining high operational standards. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, coaching team members, and driving both individual and team success. --- Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining proper stock levels, executing visual merchandising standards, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Manage all cash operations including opening and closing procedures, deposits, and ensuring compliance with all cash handling policies. Utilize retail math skills to drive performance metrics such as conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction. Deliver product knowledge training and sales strategies to the team to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue. Address customer concerns professionally, effectively resolve issues, and foster long-term customer relationships. Conduct regular team meetings, 1-on-1s, and performance check-ins to support employee development and accountability. Recruit, hire, and train new team members, ensuring all staff are aligned with company culture and expectations. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with district leadership to implement growth strategies. --- Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a retail management or leadership role preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Proven ability to manage store operations and drive sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong phone etiquette. High proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
