HVAC Service/Sales Manager:

Develop and lead the commercial HVAC service department, setting the standard for excellence. Drive service sales and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your industry knowledge and connections. Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Service/Sales Manager, with a deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems. Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to grow service revenue. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships. Must be local to the area.
