Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Site Manager 5 to join their team. As a Site Manager 5, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting the Regional and Corporate Real Estate teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Tampa, FL What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management, ensuring seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction. Support the implementation of short and long-term projects in collaboration with the Regional Manager and corporate teams. Develop and execute innovative programs, processes, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, including capital and expense planning, and develop variance reports. Coordinate vendor performance, supervise technical and administrative staff, and ensure compliance with service standards. What's Needed? Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in corporate facilities management, third-party service provision, or consulting. Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, overseeing both technical and administrative teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences. Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems. Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal hours and off-hours, including weekends when necessary. What's in it for me?
