May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

1. Recruiting, selecting, and managing talent of a diverse range of associates 2. Championing our credit and loyalty programs. Ensure your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experience 3. Executing and leading store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience 4. Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and hold self and others accountable to high-performance standards and results 5. Guiding operational accuracy, process, and workload efficiency 6. Understanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and procedures 7. Inspiring and motivating a team to deliver results through feedback, coaching and company recognition programs 8. Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates 9. Performs other duties as assignedBenefits
