Experienced Auto Repair Shop Manager Experienced Shop Managers — Your Next Great Opportunity Starts Here! What We're Looking For Minimum of 5+ years and currently working in auto repair shop Strong technical background in automotive repair and diagnostics Experience leading or supervising technicians in a professional shop environment Ability to manage workflow and make real-time decisions Organized, dependable, and accountable Great communication and computer skills Valid Florida driver's license ( No DUI's ) What We Offer Base Salary + Commission Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Employee discounts on services Tuition reimbursement and ongoing training Opportunity to grow with a well-established, expanding business What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, bay assignments, and technician productivity Serve as the primary technical resource for diagnostics, repair questions, and problem-solving Support and guide technicians to maintain quality, efficiency, and accountability Work closely with the Service Advisor to prioritize work, manage approvals, and hit delivery timelines Monitor parts flow and inventory levels; coordinate ordering as needed Ensure shop equipment, tools, and facilities are properly maintained and safe Enforce shop standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety Reduce comebacks through proper diagnosis, repair oversight, and quality control Assist with technician training, mentoring, and performance development As Shop Manager, you'll play a critical role in keeping the shop running smoothly — setting the tone for quality, efficiency, and professionalism on the floor.
