We are a fast-growing, New York-based franchise that started as a single food truck in Queens and has expanded nationwide. Our story starts and finishes with one pillar: Family. We believe in treating our customers and our team like family. We serve authentic, high-quality Halal meals—from our famous Rice Platters and Gyros to our signature White and Red sauces. We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our Grand Opening Team and help us build a positive experience for the community. The Role We are looking for friendly and energetic Assistant Manager | Server, Cashier to be the face of our new Wesley Chapel restaurant. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring every guest feels welcome. We want someone who can help us build strong brand recognition in the local area through top-notch service.

Responsibilities Customer Service:

Provide a warm welcome to every guest. Handle inquiries, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Order Management:

accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.

Quality Assurance:

Check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.

Upselling:

Suggest add-ons, drinks, or new menu items to enhance the customer's meal.

Maintenance:

Keep the front-of-house, dining area, and beverage stations clean, stocked, and organized.

Closing Duties:

Assist with closing procedures, including cash management and cleaning.

Community Engagement:

Be a brand ambassador for Naz's Halal in the community.

What We're Looking For Availability:

Must have flexible availability, including nights and weekends (ability to work closing shifts up to 1 AM is a plus).

Experience:

Previous restaurant or extensive customer service experience is preferred.

Personality:

A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine love for helping people.

Reliability:

Strong references and a history of dependability.
