Store Supervisor — Luxury Resort WearAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Store Supervisor to join our luxury resort wear brand. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Store Supervisor will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting daily store operations, and leading the team by example. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow within a dynamic, high-end fashion environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales goals. Lead by example in delivering exceptional, personalized service to every client. Support, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store performance objectives. Assist with visual merchandising, product presentation, stock management, and store standards. Build strong relationships with clients and develop a loyal customer base. Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory, shipments, and operational tasks. Help maintain the elevated standards and aesthetic of a luxury resort wear environment. Step into the Store Manager's responsibilities when needed and provide leadership coverage in their absence. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, team performance, and overall store results. What We're Looking For Previous experience in luxury, contemporary, fashion, resort wear, or premium retail . Strong sales and clienteling skills with a genuine passion for fashion and exceptional service. Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A polished, professional presence and strong attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and grow.
