Duties Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals Ensure food safety and food handling standards are consistently met through proper food preparation and sanitation practices Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly while maintaining accountability Monitor sales performance, analyze retail math data, and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized café environment that adheres to health regulations and safety protocols Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive shopping experience for all guests Experience Previous barista or food industry experience with a strong understanding of food preparation, serving, and food safety practices Proven leadership skills in retail or food service environments with experience managing teams effectively Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle cash handling, cashiering, and basic math accurately Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards within the café or retail food industry Experience in sales-driven roles with a focus on achieving targets through effective communication and teamwork Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels success!
