Dyeing Supervisor

Dyeing Supervisor of wet good process - Off Shift Processes include Belmont Space Dye, Skein Becks, and Piece Dye Becks. Matching shades for all processes. Seeking enthusiastic, initiative-taking individual that works well with others in a fast-paced working environment. Successful candidates should have 5 years of background in dyeing. Must have 5 years of experience in Dyeing management/Shade Matching. Also experience matching shades. Candidate must be able to work well with the shift and management. Must possess excellent multitasking, organizational and communication skills, high school diploma or equivalent. Supervise and manage all team members. Match shades for Skein becks, carpet becks, and Belmont line. Schedule dye orders to becks and space dye. (Giving formulas to dye weigher and load sheet to operator. Ensure metering orders have correct cone count and correct weights. Employee time and attendance tracking Perform safety meeting at the start of shift. Keep up with dye and chemicals used (weekly). Can give clear instructions. Qualifications 5 years of Dyeing Management/Shade Matching Good leadership attributes AS400 Must pass color test. Basic computer skills High School Diploma or equivalent
