An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

As a Co-Manager you will:

Be actively engaged in the store's processes and procedures in order to meet and exceed financial goals Be asked to lead and guide your team with passion to achieve the highest standards while exhibiting the utmost empathy Execute the seasonal department's daily, weekly and yearly merchandising plans Starting salary range: $72,000 to $76,000 plus bonus annually. Requirements Must have previous big-box retail management experience Must be able to process information and have the ability to make sound business decisions Be open to relocation for promotion
