Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Store Manager Candidate supports store operations by assisting with employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. This role involves fostering team development and ensuring store compliance with policies.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training staff. Participate in merchandising, stocking, and presentation of products. Manage inventory processes, including damages, markdowns, and stock levels. Ensure excellent customer service and store safety standards. Support store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial integrity. Monitor store performance through analysis of sales, expenses, and inventory trends. Complete required documentation timely and accurately.Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Ability to interpret manuals, perform calculations, and learn POS systems. Ability to solve problems and handle diverse situations; bilingual skills may be preferred.Physical & Working Conditions:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds. Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to outdoor weather. Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
