The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the store's operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to problem solve, enjoy being in a supportive role, have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and have a passion for customer service. Prior experience as a team lead or assistant manager required. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Assist in managing inventory and ensuring product is merchandised properly Train and develop staff members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store Requirements Previous experience in retail management is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Ability to problem solve Enjoy being in a supportive role Strong interpersonal skills Team player
