The area is especially known for curated fashion, gift boutiques, athleisure, and "boutique casual" Southern style. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Boutique Manager to lead our store with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster a welcoming environment that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence. Duties Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize visual appeal and product availability Oversee store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and cash register accuracy Conduct employee orientation, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team Handle purchasing, pricing strategies, and vendor negotiations to optimize product selection and profitability Supervise shift management, scheduling, and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures Maintain organized records of payroll, bookkeeping, sales reports, and inventory logs Skills Strong management skills with supervisory experience in retail or similar environments Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued Proven expertise in negotiation, purchasing, and sales management techniques Proficiency with POS systems, retail math, budgeting, and inventory management software Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, and customer service excellence Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store operations efficiently Must have at least 1 year experience in Apparel Join us as a Boutique Manager where your leadership fuels success!
