Key Responsibilities:

Champion and embody our culture, mission, and core values. Assist in hiring, developing, and leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Utilize operational tools to achieve excellence in store operations. Collaborate on local marketing plans and community outreach initiatives. Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines. Drive implementation of company programs to meet operational standards.

What You Must Bring:

Open availability, flexibility, and willingness to work any shift including providing coverage for gaps. Willingness to learn and to receive feedback. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 2 years' experience as a shift lead in a retail customer service environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ServSafe Certification or equivalent (e.g., Learn2Serve) required. Must be able to stand for periods of eight (8) hours Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds. Previous Smoothie King experience a plus.
