Service Shop Manager needed ASAP!

We are currently hiring for a Service Shop Manager position with a well-established multi-state heavy-duty truck parts and service operation in Des Moines. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer communication, business development, and relationship building . You do not need to be a technician by trade, but a strong understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry is important.

What You'll Do:

Lead and grow the service and fabrication departments Build and maintain strong customer relationships Drive business development and operational success Manage day-to-day shop operations and team performance

What We're Looking For:

~10+ years of experience in the heavy-duty truck industry Strong background in customer service, sales, or operations management Excellent communication and leadership skills Stable work history and clean background

Compensation & Benefits:

$90,000 - $110,000 base salary Bonus potential Low-cost employee-paid benefits:
