The Edgewood Locker is seeking a Full or Part-Time position to join our Smokehouse Operations team on 2nd shift. Duties may include receiving ingredients, switching smokehouses, supply preparation, and equipment setup and teardown. No experience is required - we will train the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:

Receive ingredients and accurately organize. Preparing supplies for the following day's operations. Load and unload smokehouses, watching for accuracy and consistency as product both leaves and enters the smokehouses. Work toward continuous quality improvement. Stay current with changing technology. Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.

Education/Experience:

No prior experience or training required.
