This will be like your own garage. As it gross back to full operation you will get a percentage of each additional employee brought in. The shop is stocked and ready to role, you will oversee daily shop activities, coordinate maintenance and repair services, and ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards and shop is kept clean. Duties Supervise daily shop operations, including scheduling repairs, allocating resources, and managing workflow to maximize productivity. Lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth. Oversee the diagnosis and repair of various vehicle systems such as transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, suspensions, brakes, and HVAC components. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards. Manage inventory levels for parts, tools, and supplies essential for efficient shop operations. Review service orders for accuracy and completeness; communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and timelines. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and service history for each vehicle or piece of equipment. Requirementsm Requirementsmust be a mechanic not lookint for a manager only. Hands-on experience Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. Familiarity with service technician procedures including tire service, alignment adjustments, shocks & struts replacement, wheel balancing, and vehicle maintenance routines. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly to clients.
