Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations while leading and developing ahigh-performing team. This role is responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every guest receives an upscale, friendly, and welcoming experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach, and develop store team members and leadership staff Drive sales growth and achieve operational goals Maintain high standards for guest service and store presentation Oversee training and employee engagement Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and in-stock conditions Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures Manage labor costs and daily store performance Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Reliable, organized, and motivated leader Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays Passion for guest service and team development
