A Retail Store Manager manages a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Description
Store manager, must have a desire to achieve results, build and maintain customer service. Provide support in Meat, Produce, Bakery and Deli departments. Be flexible to work a variety of hours. Position requires, weekends and holidays as needed. Looking for a candidate that has good PC skills with retail management background, Grocery experience a plus. Successful person must be organized and have good communication skills.
