As a HVAC Controls Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution and management department supporting controls installation, system programming, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Act as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost-effective manner. Perform or delegate tasks related to hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and system commissioning. Manage project financials including costs, billings, and collections to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate communication with customers throughout all project phases and ensure warranty procedures are properly executed. Provide work direction to subcontractors, technicians, designers, and administrative staff as needed. What's Needed? Minimum of a technical associate's degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience. Applicable HVAC, systems design, and commissioning experience with appropriate licensing and certifications. Strong ability to perform work independently with excellent personal computer skills. Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
