Job Description

Founding Department Leader Kosmetic is seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our founding leadership team.
We are currently hiring:
Hair Department Leader (Licensed Cosmetologist) Nail Department Leader (Licensed Nail Technician) Esthetics Department Leader (Licensed Esthetician) As a Founding Department Leader, you will play a key role in helping establish the culture, standards, and guest experience of our new luxury full-service salon. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring others, leading by example, and helping build a positive, team-oriented work environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional services and guest care Lead and support your department Mentor and assist team members Help develop department standards and training Promote professionalism and a positive salon culture Participate in team meetings and continuing education Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace Qualifications Current Idaho license in your profession 3+ years of experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Commitment to continued education and professional growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive commission structure Leadership compensation opportunities Continuing education and tuition assistance Professional growth opportunities Positive, supportive team culture If you're looking for an opportunity to help build something from the ground up and grow into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
