Founding Department Leader Kosmetic is seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our founding leadership team.

Hair Department Leader (Licensed Cosmetologist) Nail Department Leader (Licensed Nail Technician) Esthetics Department Leader (Licensed Esthetician) As a Founding Department Leader, you will play a key role in helping establish the culture, standards, and guest experience of our new luxury full-service salon. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring others, leading by example, and helping build a positive, team-oriented work environment.
