Auto Body Shop Manager•
New State-of-the-Art Facility Location:
Central Idaho An established Ford, GM, Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealership is expanding and launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art collision repair center—and we're looking for an experienced Auto Body Shop Manager to lead it from the ground up. Oversee daily operations of the collision repair center Lead and develop a team of technicians and office staff Manage shop profitability, budgeting, and P&L performance Ensure high-quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction Write and review estimates using industry-standard software Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and manage DRP programs Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations Optimize workflow, efficiency, and production timelinesQualifications:
3-10 years of collision repair experience, including technical expertise Proven leadership and team management experience High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred I-CAR certifications strongly preferred Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE) Strong understanding of structural and non-structural repairs, refinishing, and vehicle systems Experience with insurance estimating and negotiating with adjusters Demonstrated success managing financials, pricing strategies, and profitability Commitment to delivering outstanding customer serviceWhat We're Looking For:
