Job Description

Auto Body Shop Manager•
New State-of-the-Art Facility Location:
Central Idaho An established Ford, GM, Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealership is expanding and launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art collision repair center—and we're looking for an experienced Auto Body Shop Manager to lead it from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape operations, build a team, and drive performance in a modern, fully equipped facility. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the collision repair center Lead and develop a team of technicians and office staff Manage shop profitability, budgeting, and P&L performance Ensure high-quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction Write and review estimates using industry-standard software Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and manage DRP programs Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations Optimize workflow, efficiency, and production timelines
Qualifications:
3-10 years of collision repair experience, including technical expertise Proven leadership and team management experience High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred I-CAR certifications strongly preferred Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE) Strong understanding of structural and non-structural repairs, refinishing, and vehicle systems Experience with insurance estimating and negotiating with adjusters Demonstrated success managing financials, pricing strategies, and profitability Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
