ABOUT THE JOB Are you a natural born leader? We are developing a management team of leaders to build a fun, high-energy team that provides an excellent customer experience, builds sales, and increases profitability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You will be expected to provide an excellent customer experience while working towards improved profitability by building sales and meeting cost controls goals (such as effectively managing food inventory and running efficient shifts to control labor costs). You will need to set the example for your team by following all company policies and procedures and be able to hold team members accountable to the same high standard. Additionally, you must be at least 18 years of age. The ideal candidate will be able to: Be self-motivated, focused, resilient, and goal-oriented Staff, train, and lead a team Work in a fast-paced work environment Provide great customer service and high-quality product Meet cost control and service goals Follow company policies and procedures Adhere to safety and security protocol Manage the store's organization and cleanliness
