Assistant Store Manager Sam's Beauty - 3.0 Bedford Park, IL Job Details Full-time $25 - $28 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Merchandising English High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and implementation of store strategies Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, customer service, and operational goals Supervise, support, and assign tasks to store associates to ensure daily responsibilities and store objectives are met Assist with employee scheduling, attendance, training, onboarding, and day-to-day staff management Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines Maintain and monitor store inventory, product availability, and merchandise organization Assist with sales promotions, merchandising, and other store initiatives Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns professionally Assist with cash register operations and other front-end activities as needed Take responsibility for store operations and employee support when the Store Manager is unavailable Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of retail sales and customer service experience preferred 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or managerial experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to supervise, motivate, and work collaboratively with store employees Ability to make decisions and handle day-to-day operational issues independently Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Availability to work weekends as needed
