Store Manager

We're opening a brand‑new Scooter's Coffee in Bourbonnais and we're looking for a Store Manager who's excited to build an amazing team to bring the best Scooter's coffee experience to our community. You're someone who: Thrives in a fast‑paced environment Loves developing and motivating a team Takes pride in delivering great customer experiences Brings positivity, ownership, and hustle to every shift Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of baristas and shift leads Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service during every shift Manage scheduling, training, and team performance Oversee inventory, ordering, and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment Handle cash management, deposits, and basic reporting Open and/or close the store as needed Drive sales, manage labor, and meet operational targets What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of management experience (Coffee, QSR or retail preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and coach a team of 15-25 employees High energy, positive attitude, and customer‑first mindset Comfortable working early mornings and weekends Reliable transportation What We Offer Paid training and ongoing development Supportive ownership and a positive team culture Competitive pay + quarterly performance bonuses Tuition assistance program Employee drink discounts Lead a brand-new store and grow with our franchise

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
