On-the-Floor Flow You'll start by checking what flew off the shelves, what's getting thin, and what needs a quick straighten so the department looks polished from the first cart in. When a delivery arrives, you'll verify it, slot product where it belongs, and make a quick call on what should take the spotlight next. During the day, you'll juggle quick vendor check-ins, keep the aisle easy to browse, and help shoppers land on the right bottle for the moment. In the quieter pockets, you'll freshen endcaps and seasonal callouts so they stay current (and tough to ignore). Before clock-out, you'll scan the day's numbers and notes, line up tomorrow's priorities, and leave the department set for the next rush.
