Job DescriptionAutomotive Used Car Manager | $125,000-$250,000+ Earning PotentialBerman Auto Group is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Used Car Manager to join our leadership team.

As a Used Car Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our used car department, from acquisition to sales. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including purchasing pre-owned vehicles, maintaining inventory quality, and maximizing profitability.

Oversee the daily operations of the used car department, including sales, inventory management, pricing, and merchandising.

Source, evaluate, and purchase pre-owned vehicles for the dealership's inventory.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess condition, mileage, maintenance history, and resale value.

Negotiate purchase prices with sellers to ensure competitive pricing and maximize profitability.

Stay informed about market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities to make informed purchasing decisions.

Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand.

Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize profitability and minimize aging inventory.

Coordinate vehicle transportation and logistics, including arranging inspections, appraisals, and transfers.
