We have multiple locations with a full-parts distribution team and repair/service shop handling everything from basic services to full engine rebuilds. We have an immediate opening for an Assistant General Manager . This position will assist with the management of service-related team members of our business, communicating with customers, and overall operations management. The ideal applicant has several years of experience working within the truck & trailer service industry, preferably with strong leadership or management experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are also needed.

Requirements:

Assist with daily operations management Oversee the performance of the team Interface with customers as needed Evaluate and coach performance Communicate easily with all employees, clearly and effectively striving for employee cooperation within all company divisions. Develop and maintain policies and practices which will ensure positive employee relations and maximum customer satisfaction. Monitor daily reports. Deliver exceptional customer service for all our parts business. Qualifications Automotive experience, preferably heavy-duty trucks & trailers. Proficient in using computer systems to manage workflow. Leadership skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Product knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
