As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shiftsLead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer serviceHandle cash transactions and manage financial aspects of store operationsInteract professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issuesAnswer phone calls and process customer orders accuratelyAssist in maintaining a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and proceduresTrain and mentor new team members on store operations and customer service standardsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measuresContribute to achieving store performance goals and targetsQualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage team membersExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in basic math and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume settingPhysical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technologyTime management and organizational skills to ensure efficient store operationsAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in the pizza industry or food service (a plus)
